i need the help for this as i need to know and if you could tell me how many dwaf puffers i can get into a 10 gallon tank.

Only a few. But, they really are not ideal for community setups. Some report success keeping them with fast, slim bodied fish, but it doesn't always work out well. If you go with the puffers, and a few low profile fish like oto's, you could have a single male and a pair of female puffers comfortably. They are great fish--very personable, and social, just not well suited to a community setup.
