View Full Version : Is my long-finned danio bothering the other fish or not?

I put all the fish in my little tank into the big tank(except the tiger barb). The danio has not stopped moving(i don't mean like regular danio movement, like this guy is zipping all over the tank non-stop.) When he goes by the rummynose tetras, it seems like he wants to blend in, but he makes them all scatter and swim away. Would the rummynoses be happier if I take him out?

Also, will the 2 angels come to the front of the tank? They just stay in the back right, and occasioally swim to the other side in the back.

Is this the only Danio you have in there? It might be because they are schooling fish and he is by himself. Also I have 4 giant danios that did when I first put them in with my JD's. After a few days they settled down and acted normal.

How long have you had the Angels in this tank? Why I ask is that if they have only been in there for a short time they have get used to their new surroundings. Angels are like Discus on this. My Discus did this for about 2 weeks and then one day they are out all the time. IMHO is just give them some time and watch them for stress related issues.

Good luck!!
