I am building a 140G (38" x 32" x 26") glass aquarium. I will have little to no live plants. Thinking of having some clown loaches, blood parrot cichlids, angelfish, synodontis. Anyways, what type of lighting would be the best for this? Incandescent, flourescent, 10000K, 6500K, etc. etc.
I want 2 sets of strip lights (30"). Any help would be appreciated thanks.

Flourescents. Cheap, easy, readily available replacement bulbs (though what isn't these days). I like a mix of 6700 and 5000 or 5500's.
