I have a pair of gold severums in my 55. I'm pretty sure that they won't breed as long as the Dempsey is in there, I was just wondering about the process they use. Once in a while when I'm watching, the female will swim right in front of the male and kind of flutter around with her side on the gravel, and nose him around a little. It doesn't really seem to get his attention at all though. Anyway, I was just curious as to how severums breed.
