:help: I already have a 2.5 gallon tank and I'm gonna buy a new one. This time a 5 gallon one. I already have a betta but in my new aquarium I would like to put other fish in... What fish could I put w/ my betta in a 5gallon tank?

mabey a couple of neon tetras or some zebra danios would be nice
 
do you know exactly how many I could put in there?
 
for a 5 gallon i would say about 3 of either one

what a shame... the only fish i can have in my tank with my betta are neon tatras and zebra danios?

Cories, otos, Mystery or Ramshorn snails, sometimes platies. No danios or anything hyperactive.

I will warn you, however, that every betta is different and some will make life a living hell-o for any tank mate. If you have a fish like that, safest bet is a snail. Actually, I would start with a snail and see how he reacts first. Then try other tank mates.
