hi,
I'm curing my live rock now and need to get lighting. I tried to buy a 36" coralife retrofit kit for my 60 gallon tank, but the seller on ebay took my money and ran. Since that has happened i was wondering if the retrofit kit is the best lighting I should get. I'm doing a live rock with fish set up, but would also like to add hard corals to the mix. Does anyone know what would be a good buy besides the real expensive metalihide light for reefs?
thanks!

How tall is your tank? I wouldn't do hardcorals without Halides, you can use 56watt T-5's if your tank isn't too tall but I think it is tall so I'd go with at least one 250watt halide.

Ebay has protections against this, and as long as you paid through them they will return your money %100... so don't fret, and if you sent the guy cash, well, It's a harsh lesson learned.
