My friend just got this angel and wew where wondering what kind of angel it is.

Slappy is right, their common name is "Zebra Angelfish"...........I wonder why.... :p:

Thanks for the help, I can't to get my 55 for christmas and get a few of these in there. It's such a pretty fish.

ya Zebra angels have more stripes than the wild type domestic angels.
your angel is a Zebra, with partial additional stripes. I have seen better examples of Zebras with extra stripes that are not partial.
Still a pretty fish.

Here are some pics of angelfish strains. Yours looks more like a common 'wild type' angel than a zebra to me.

After looking at that site I think it's a barred gold marble.
