I have a 65 Hex acrylic, all live plants, african bogwood, with the following fish community (I may forget someone):
Clowns
Kuhlis
Emperors
Pristella
Raspbora
Neon
Pygmy Corydoras
African Pygmy Frogs
Horsehead loach
Wui Fangs
High Fin White Skirts
Marble Hatchets

Now, I took action on an idea recently that I had toyed with for some time... I bought some Guppy's. Two males, 4 females. I figured the Emperor's or the White Skirts would eat the baby's. Well, I had baby's within FOUR HOURS of getting the guppys home, and nobody seems to want to eat them.

So- I would like suggestions on what singular fish I could buy that would be large enough and interested enough to clear the tank of guppy fry without terrorizing the rest of the inhabitants...

Thusfar, the only real candidates I have thought of is a lone Betta, or perhaps Dwarf Gourami???

Any ideas on those, or other suggestions???

About how many of each of the fish in your list do you have? How long have you had the guppys? If you have alot of live plants, they might be able to outsmart any fish you add in there, and still manage to hide long enough to get too big to be considered a snack.

I agree w/ the other posts that they may be able to outsmart any fish but I think eventually one of the fish you have now or the parents will eat some of them. And how long have you had the babies? Maybe the fish just haven't realized that they would make a great snack. Also don't starve your fish but feeding them a little less may make them want to eat the gups more. Welcome!!
