1 of my minnows have red dots on one side of him, maybe 3-4 about 1mm big or smaller... His fins also seem chewed, dont know if this is from fighting.. they also sometimes sit right on the bottom of the gravel.. but then when they get up they seem fine.. whats going on?

It's proably stress, possibly from the danios. Sometimes danios are miserable little fish, mine were, but others have had sucess with them. Observe them and make sure they don't pick on him. Other than that, it may be disease.

oh they definitly were picking on them.. thats why I moved them to their own cold water tank about a week ago... I thought maybe air so I got more air going in the tank...

I also have one more question about them.. I only have 2 of them (I am trying to find more, they are hard to find)... I have recently put a plant in their tank and they (or she) have laid a batch of eggs, they been in there for 2 and a half days and look like nothings going to happen... One of them is a little smaller, other one has a larger head or neck.... They both flash their fins and dance...

do I have 2 females or a male and a female?

If I have 2 females will they still lay eggs if there isnt a male present? And if they did they would just be eggs sitting there right, since there isnt no male to fertilize them?
