i also think the male blue ram is in love with my big female marble angel..he's the only one she will let into her cave..and he defends her like crazy..wont let anyone go near her..and follows her like crazy, lol doesnt even pay attention to the female ram

cichlids and mollies mixed? where was that said?

the only cichlids i have in my community tank are the rams and angels...

It's in your sig:

40gal tall
8 Various Mollies
4 Various Platies
3 Various Swordtails
2 H. rasboras
2 German Blue ram Cichlids
2 Angels

4 Cory cats
6 Rummynose tetras

Perhaps you moved them and didn't update your signature?

Roan

i think he got confused with the "15 african mbunas" i didnt have the tank sizes listed when i posted this

angels, and the rams are pretty much community fish,..untill the rams spawn of course, which is why i need to keep the Ph below 7..

when i posted the message my sig looks somthing like this

8 Various Mollies
4 Various Platies
3 Various Swordtails
2 H. rasboras
2 German Blue ram Cichlids
2 Angels
4 discus
15 african mbuna cichlids
4 Cory cats
6 Rummynose tetras

Cool fish. I really like the ram.

BTW, I like the way you decorated the tank. I usually prefer more natural looking tanks, but yours is cool.

KOD......you really don't need to keep the PH below 7 to spawn blue rams.....mine spawn sucessfully in PH of 7.8 and over.....soft water though..my KH reads about 60 mg/l ...GH-40ppm...

im keeping the PH below 7 so they dont spawn,,i've had success with that so far so..
