Tasty treats for Tangs

I've been wondering about foods for my yellow tang. I've been giving him a pretty good variety of things (algae wafers, frozen veggie preparations, flake foods, pellets) I am wondering though, about the sushi seaweed like nori. Is this something I could give to my tang as part of his diet? It's cheap and quite available to me (I love sushi!!) and I was wondering if anybody has tried this with thier fish. Also, any other quick and easy foods that are great for theses guys?

Nori is an excellent snack for tangs. They need a lot of variety in their diet. Julian Sprung's Sea Vegetables are great too. (My yellow prefers the green and purple) If you have a refugium you may also want to get a start of red gracillara. Tangs love it!!

lettuce, cucumber any vegetable matter your fish will eat should be good.
