Need help repairing a broking Spirit (Tiger Oscar)!

My Tiger Oscar is a Tiger no more! The Organ color pattern is not complete, 60 percent of that pattern is pale greenish when its colors are intensified. The Oscar also has some deep cuts, and small cuts around its face (caused by Convicts). His more lay back than his younger friend, but I have seen them swimming side by side from time to time. The Oscar's tail fin remains constricted, and only expands during feeding time, lights out, and rare moments during the day. The Oscar's dorsal and tail fin also have some cuts that should have healed a long time ago. The Tiger Oscar also has a small case of Hole In The Head disease from when it was in the quarantine tank. I did relocate the tigers to my Convict tank as soon as I realized the cause of HITH; the hole stopped growing soon afterwards. Now that the Oscar is in its permanent home (125 gallon tank), and is finally eating again (was on a hunger strike for two weeks), I would love to know what can I do to help replenish his/her Spirit!

The Tiger Oscar will only eat frozen brine shrimp. It used to eat sinking shrimp pallets, but has not yet shown any interest in them after being relocated. Since he/she used to eat the pallets, I believe that the Tiger Oscar can be thought to eat other things too, but I don’t know how to engage in this activity. I do not wish to feed them worms of any kind, anything else I will be willing to try.

This is what I have done so far:
I have used Melafix twice with no effect at all.
I have kept water perimeters under control thus far.
Added none aggrieves friendly friends (Sharks and one more Tiger Oscar) for companionship, its working well, I do see them interact with each other.

This is what I need help with.
1. Becoming more active if possible.
2. Repairing The Organ color pattern.
3. Repairing of dorsal and tail fin cuts.
4. Reducing the size of Hole In The Head to zero.
5. Repairing of deep cuts, and small cuts on face.
6. How to help the tail fin become more relax and stop the constriction.

Any help will be appreciated!

Thanks again!

Just let him get used to being in the new tank. If you want to speed the process, you may want to get some 'dither' fish such as Giant Danios to zip around the tank in a school. This should bring him out and about more. Do be prepared to loose all or most of the Danios to the Oscars eventually though.

Ya, you gotta get him off those bs. If you has good girth to him, then he can literally go for weeks without food, and not suffer any real harm. Stop offering any food other than your prefered pellet. If he dosn't eat them, wait a few days, still no dice? wait a few more days. It's just a matter of having more will power than your oscar. They're big babies most of the time. don't let his sulking crumble your resolve: "He does not eat untill he starts eating these pellets!!" Once he's on them for awhile, you can start mixing things up with the occational frozen food for variety.
