I'd like to add another, okay?

Hi. I have a 40 gallon and a 25 gallon. In the former iv'e a Golden Nugget, in the latter a bristlenose ancistrus. Can I add a Peckoltia to one of the tanks, or maybe I'd have territorial problems and undo food competition? Thanks for your advice!
