last nite i was feeding my fish and i noticed little white things every where on my glass. they look like snails up close there no bigger than a cm. what are these things and how do i get ride of them.

They are too small to ride and will never get big enough to ride. 
They are harmless and all 3 of my saltwater tanks have them. They haven't gotten much bigger and seem to like the algae on the glass. I would not try and get rid of them. A picture would be helpful for positive identification, but it soulds like the ones I have.

could be snails, aiptasia or maybe small fan worms... i've seen them all on my glass and they kinda look similar.
