protein skimmer

Hi

Can anyone recommend a protein skimmer for a 30 gallon tank? a good quality one which does not take up much root as the tank is enclosed in a wall giving me about 5" from the wall to tank

Assuming you are looking for a HOT skimmer I would go with either the Aqua C Remora, Red Sea Prizm or CPR Bak Pak. I would rate them highest to lowest in terms of both price and performance as:
1) Remora
2) Bak Pak
3) Prizm
