What is the best/safest vitamin supplement for Oscars?

I hoping someone can tell me what the best/safest vitamin supplement is for Oscars. I've read several forums that said the vitamins they put in their tank killed their fish and some people think they are great. I've read about a couple - Kent Zoe & Boyd Vita-Chem Freshwater. I appreciate your help and suggestions. Thanks.undefined
 
I have never gave my fish any vitamins, and seriously do not think there is a reason. Just provide a good healthy diet for your Oscar: different types of pellets, beefheart, krill, earthworms, cricket or two, and stay away from feeders.
