I just saw I small white worm like organism in my tank, it sorts floated towards the gravel and then navigated through the gravel by the glass, which is why I noticed it. It isn't more then a 1/4 inch and was very thin. Anyone know it could be and whether I should be worried?

Probably Planaria.

google them.

I have a couple now and again... They like to come out when my filter turns off. The fish LOOOOVE to eat them... They are supposed to be a sign of bad water, but my water is alright.

i had one once..a gourami ate it. now there's none again

I did some research when Kveeti told me what they were (I see them only on occasion). If you want to breed them it's extremely easy according to what I've read. They also regenerate, so like earthworms, cut one in half, now you have two, slice one down the middle, you have one with two heads. NEAT!
