So i was at my uncles place today, and he tells me he know someone giving away a free tank. I ask him, how big. He tells me 200 gallons, complete with wood stand and lighting!!
I told him to tell the guy to hold it for me, and that i would pick it up on the weekend, LOL!! I currently have a 72 gallon, but man, 200 gallon would be a dream!! I plan on keeping it in the studyroom empty for now, but will in the future make it a reef tank, or possibly another heavily planted tank, hopefully reef.
I feel very fortunate though to have recieved something so great, free. Chirstmas came early for me this year!! :D

LMAO.
Ive never had things come easily to me, or thing work right the first time, but ive been very fortunate.
Actually I do know of at least 2 people in my area that woke up one day and decided that they wanted aquariums. One guy bought a 100g and another a 70g (I think it was), but both stories are similar. That is wake up, head to the nearest lfs and spend between 500-1000$. Get frustrated in the comming weeks. About 2 months later garage sale with plenty of dirt cheap aquarium supplies. It's sad, but I sometimes believe it is the impulse buyer that keeps LFS owners fed.

Well, this guy is far from an impulse buyer. Hes just loaded. hes getting rid of them, because he want's to buid a bigger custom made tank in his basement (in wall). Very ncie of his though to just give it away.
He gave a way a 100 gallon as well a few months ago.
