My F0 aulonocara carolinae in the 250g tank has white on the corners of his mouth. They were not there yesterday. It looks like some chewed up tissue. Its on both sides. Him , my eureka, flametail, and scianochromis fight once in a while, but i have never seen this on the mouth..
They have liplocked a little bit in the past, but never anything to serious, and white lipps were never a result. He is still eating, and seems fine.
Ive never seen white lipps from fighting befor. I find it strange that it is only in both corners of the mouth. I added 1 tbsp salt/5gal.
Sorry about the pics, its the best i could do with this camera. Zoom in on the pics and take a look.

Water quality is good,

nitrates 20ppm
nitrite 0ppm
hardness 110ppm
ph 8.0

Maybe it would help if you make those pictures smaller? They are WAY too big to even see what you are talking about.
