Does anyone else have a knife? what is your's personality like? everyone said they like to hide but mine goes everywhere, it comes to the glass (when you dont have a camera :)) and likes being around my family, but not strangers, Any others like this? of course the Goofball pleco's love to be photographed! one in every picture and I only have 2!

prity knife

I had a clown knife for about 2 months it was the only thing in my tank. the people at petco retested my water sample and told me that it was safe for it as it was a 4 week old setup, I got the livelyst one the had and put him in my 55g tank. lots of places to hide lots of shade the plants grew fast. I tryed every thing I could think of but he wouldnt eat. maby it was the seperation of the other knife but I knew that if he was to live 55g was not big enough for 2. or maby there was a desease in the petco tank as when I went back in 3 days later for some other food to try. the other one was on its side in there tank. but you do have a beautyfull fish there. maby some time I will do away with my convicts and try another clown knife again. :o

Yeah, I heard Clown Knives can get big, this one is an African Brown, Absolutely beautiful and really hard to get a picture, I waited by the tank for about an hour trying to get a decent one, Would you beleve that this one was the best? I just turned out the light and sure enough it was out and Feeding.. Ah well, when it's out it's beautiful, as well as my Raphiels
