wondering how big bushynose plecos get. also wondering about black spot plecos... size diet etc. i was also looking for a good pleco for my african cichlid tank. i had a great albino but he got too big to move around all the caves and such for the cichlids so he moved to a bigger tank. im probably looking for something around 4-6 inches. any ideas of nice looking plecos that grow to about that size and do mostly veggie matter. thanx for any info.

Think bristlenoses are your choice. They stay under 5".

thanx polkadot. ive got a bushynose in one cichlid tank and im glad to hear he can stay there and not eventually have to be moved. however ive got another cichlid tank and ideally would like to have a different kind of plecoin that one... just for varieties sake. thanx again for any info.

Go to planet catfish (http://www.planetcatfish.com). They have info on just about all plecos.
Bristlenose(a.k.a bushynose) plecos will get to about 6-8 inches.
