The pink convict pair has chosen the same old log to breed. My blood parrot was stressed when the bar pair tried taking over his territoryhis stessed out to the point where I had to get rid of them. luckily with the addition of a new Green Terror, the other stressed the newbie to the pointthat I needed to set up the divider. the BP was on the other side of the convicts and is not at risk. The only concern is if they actually let the eggs hach this time. they are still tring to get it right :thud: :thud:

I used to keep and breed some Convicts in a 55 gal. and what I can say from experience is that they are downright mean while in breeding dress. I eventually had to move all of their tankmates, and just let them have the tank. They may be some of the best "parents" of any fish I've ever bred. You obviously can try to keep others in there with them, but in my experience, it never worked out. Good luck with your breeders. They'll get it right one of these days!!

yeah I know I should not have gotten him (the GT) but it is still an improvement. -a 4" breeding pair ready to kill the Bp -an eartheater + a 3" GT. I have to get get at least one new fish a week :D :D :idea2: :D . I'm planing to substitute that fish with lace rock. It is really expensive here. about $3.00 a pound. the ones that even useful are $20 and up. you guys know a good online link?
