Don't knwo if I can help but more info might allow other sot help better. What kind of cory is it? What are the water conditions in the hospital tank and in the main tank? Any injuries? What are the other tankmates usually.

I don't like to send people away from this forum...but you may want to check out Corydorasworld.com while you wait for some replies here. I seem to remember them having a section on disease. Maybe it will be helpful to you. Sounds like some sort of parasite to me but, I don't have much experience with cories. Sorry, but good luck.

its a panda cory, water conditions are 6.4 ph, 0 ammonia, dont test for nitrites or nitrates.... no injuries and the other tank mates are 7 other corys, about 10 tetras and a few other misc fish...

thanks

Of course I don't know what you mean by "Really" red, but all my cories show signs of red color in the cheek/gill area all the time.

It kinda looks like its bleeding under his skin, it started out on one side now its on both.....
