Neat! A very nice conveniently sized tank. Are you using a sponge filter?

Thats a very pretty fishbowl. Nice job. Just one question, how often do you clean it to maintain it in optimum condition?

it's 6 glofish (red zebra danios), they are by far my favorite! strong colors rival that of the marine species and non stop action!

4 whiteclouds, blah kinda a let down. should gotten golden whitecloud instead.

6 cherry red shrimp - the best!! love those little guys that hides on my leaves.

filter is this: http://reef-one.com/filter-system.htm It's actually one of the best avaliable for small tanks. Only downside is the replacement cartridge is expensive.

Maintaince wise, i am still trying to establish the condition (bio spira did not work as well as hoped), so doing 2 day water changes to control amonia.

But once it's done, will start with 2 week water change then 4 weeks. Basically whenever nitrate reaches 35ppm.

Probably the biospira did not do miracles because of such a high bioload per unit of water. You could increase the amount of substrate for the bacteria to colonize if the filter does not provide enough biofiltration. Only time will tell. Overall I like the look of the fishbowl. I also like the lighting on it. First time I've seen a lit fishbowl. Makes me want to go drive up to my LFS and see if they have something like that.

You probaly should do more than 4 weeks to change the water most people on here change between 30% and 50% a week.
