If it's on a stand, just carefully push it, you can take a little out first. It its on a dresser or something like that, take out about 70% of the water and move the tank. You don't need to saave the water, just put new water in.

I wouldn't suggest moving the tank with water in it... even if its on a stand. The sloshing water may have enough force to really damage your tank.

Get a clean 5 gallon bucket, siphon some of your tank water into that and transfer your fish. Then procede to remove as much water from the tank as possible. Move the tank to its new location and add dechlorinized water. Re-acclimilate fish. After the move, keep your eye on ammonia and nitrite levels. If its done fast enough and the filter media and substrate are kept damp, you shouldn't see a minicycle. In case there is one, do water changes accordingly.

Nothing would happen to the tank if you move it slowly and carefully. I've done it with absolutly no trouble.

Take 90% of the water out. leave just enought for the fish to swim around. and keep the gravel Wet and move it and refill it.

There's 20 gallons of water in there.. not to mention the fish in there. IMHO, I'd rather not risk it.
