Stingray playing

I recently bought a young stingray, and wanted to be sure he is happy. I have a bubble wand in the substrate that he unburried abd drapes himself over. I was wondering, if he would enjoy a powerhead creating a small current in the tank. I know, my fish enjoy the current created by the filter.

So, would a powerhead be a nice addition for him, and how do you decide what power to get?
