twitching JD

Please help. My JD who is about 6 inches constantly twitches. Every time he eats I watch him throw up his food. He does it by having convulsion like spasms. He does this even when he is not eating. What could be wrong with him?:(

Parasites? It's hard to judge from a distance. I'd consider gill flukes and hexamita as possibilities. Check them at your favorite fish medicine website.
