Maybe its a bit late already - but i thought i try and see what other AC members christmas tree looks like. Here is ours - a little unevenly decorated on the bottom because my 3 year old just HAD TO help this year - there was no way around it. ;) But we had fun so i think thats all that matters. And he can proudly tell everyone how he decorated the tree (all by himself lol).

Very cute tree :) I'm surprised no one else is sharing (I had to wait to charge my camera batteries). So, I'll show mine. Let me preface it with saying I've given up on fixing it after the cats mess it up. They don't do it on purpose, but they play behind it and knock off the bottom branches and all the ornaments.

Here's it at night (but blurry....sorry):

And with light:

The only things that go on it are gold, silver, or red. Reindeer/deers, snowflakes, icicles and bows....3 victorian glass slippers and angels in there somewhere.

Here's one of our favorite ornaments. I have another I like almost more, but this is chris' fave by far. It's just a crystal reindeer we bought in south carolina over christmas a few years ago:

Very nice. I see you have all your present under it already - ours are still hidden - had to do that or we'd get up one morning with the 3 year old sitting under the tree with everyones presents unpacked. ;)

I hope we'll be able to see a few more trees...

Ahh, yes. No kids to open the presents. We just got finished packing all those presents into boxes to take with us for tomorrow - it is SO nice to have our living room back! And to not worry about the cats ripping the bows off (we found 5 casualties under the pile LOL)!

Let's see those trees!

Well, due to circumstances beyond our control, we can't even get our tree decorated this year.

We had a contracting firm come in in March to finish our basement and everything in the basement was put into the garage. The garage is so packed that you can't even get in or out of it.

Anyhow, they JUST finished last week and there is no way we can nor want to get everything out of the garage and put away. Much of that stuff is going into a garage sale in the spring.

The Christmas tree was in the garage just outside the door, so that wasn't the problem. The decorations are somewhere in a sea of boxes piled right up to the ceiling.

I bought some ribbon, a couple of ornaments and candy canes. Kids seem happy enough with that. They still get all their presents :)

Anyhow, here's our tree from last year.
