Angle has Fungal infection, does PIMAFIX make it sleepy?

ok help, I have an Angle fish that was bitten by a pearl Gurami during feeding times, and had been growing some Fungal infections, so i went out and bought PIMAFIX and used 5 drops in a 1 gallon tank, so now wats happening is that its alive and breathing, but not swimming. its resting on the bottom and slowly moving its gills and fins, but not swimming, is this normal? i do a 50% water change everyday. I tried feeding it blood worms and flakes but it doesnt want to eat anything, im getting worried, what should I do? also, the instructions for the PIMAFIX is that I add the same doseage every day, and I've today is my second day, it doesnt seem to be getting better...has this happen to any of you?
