Ha,ha... Someone had to say it. :bowing:
How about substrate, filter media, driftwood and rocks . But before you add those you should decide what fish you want and that will determine what you add from there.
seen this and had to laugh

Given my current tanks and situation, I'd probably move my inhabitants from the 115 into the 300, and stock the 115 with a bunch of small plant friendly fish with angels and rams as the main attraction.

Why, you got one you want to give away?
6 red pacus, 4 arowanas, 2 red tail cats and a mated pair of fancy guppies.
:thud:
Yeah. Right.
Is it a 300 long or 300 high?
Oh, yeah. Acrylic or glass?

Just in case someone believed that, Uncabret is joking, This combination of fish is not good at all. Don't want to sound mean or something, but this is a begginers forum and this can be missleading.

O.K.
I missed the point in my first reply (the besides fish thing)
I would probably add an OERFUG (overengineered undergravel filter) 2 fluval 4 plus internals and a couple of largish cannisters. If the tank had a built in overflow I might go a different route with some sort of enclosed sump (enclosed well enough to prevent co2 gas off).
Substrate would be Estes walnut gravel with flourite probably about a 50/50 mix. One large piece of driftwood horozontal snaking acroos the center. bacopa and anachris along the back edges, annubias and Bolbitus stapled to the driftwood, and dwarf chain sword, micro sword or Glosso for foreground and cover. Maybe a few crypts mixed in for some color or a couple of red swords (probably melon) I would then put the inhabitants of my 115 in the tank and maybe add a pair of green severums or a very large gourami.
Lighting would be PC as much as I could get up to about 4 or 5 WPG. And of course a pair of good heaters.
