Will they all get along?

By bala shark do you mean Balantiocheiluos melanopterus (silver minnow-like with black fins)? If so, this is a large (12") schooling fish, doesn't do well alone. The catfish, Arius berneyi prefers salt, will also school and get large. If dino eel refers to Polypterus species they too can get quite large, certainly large enough to eat the cories or most loaches (and possibly choke to death on either).

While small, you will likely be OK but this group will outgrow most tanks.
