Hey Folks I was at my local fish store today and they had some leopard puffers and some red scats in and I was wondering if in my 29g tank would it be ok to have 2 figure8 puffers , 2 leopard puffers , 2 archers and 2 red scats or is that to much in 1 tank or would they all get along ,also is 12$ for the leopards a good price and 24$ for the red scats, THANX

Archers and scats get to around 12 inches so you would need a 100g or more for them. By leopard puffers I'm assuming they are GSPs so only one in a 29g would max out the tank. A few f8s would be fine. Two is good. Three at a stretch if you have good filtration and have a strict WC schedule (50% weekly).

The other consideration is salinity. For example GSP requires full marine when adult compared to low brackish for a f8.
