China overtakes Canada in outer space search for aliens

Joe, are you building a theme here? You seem to have a fervent interest in the mysterious and unexplained. UFO's are something I've been interested in for forty years. I look at the subject this way. Space travel is an inevitable technological occurrance. A way of traversing inter-stellar distances is just a discovery away. Of course, for us that discovery may not show up for a few millenia. So why couldn't a species whose planet's lifeforms weren't wiped out not once but several times (like ours) be advanced enough to figure out true space travel? So why haven't aliens contacted us? I think because we're not ready yet. Look what we do to the planet and each other.

I too have an interest, and hope some here like to be informed with articles and links I post here. There are many other things I 'generally chit chat' about too.

Oh my...:cough:...:sputter:...this is Joe's favorite topic!!
Joe needs a fellow believer to commiserate with in this desert of sceptics!!

I try to keep an open mind. The thread about the orbs was a bit of a reach, though, IMO.

Thanks nursie..! :D

If anything comes from the Orb thread, I hope it's that some will continue to remember what happened on that day.

As long as I've had cable TV (a long time...), there have never been "orbs" like that. I notice glitches on the TV. I pay too much for a "defective" signal on the TV....

As far as skeptics go, it's rewarding pointing out what they don't see at first!!
It's in a way, an education type of issue...
