I wanted to know what type of corals are ok to have in a tank with NO lighting I have 4-40watt NO Tubes right now but will be upgrading in the future to 2 "Custom sealife 24 smartlite RetroFit kit" the current inhabbiants of my tank are a medium sized yellow tank 2 percula clowns 1 Blue legged herrmitt Crab and three yellow tailed blue damsels in a 55 gal with a crushed coral bed with about 5 lbs of live rock and about 10 lbs base rock starting to turn.

Here's Steve Pro's old 55 gallon with exactly the same amount of lighting you've got.

He's got a lot in there, but remember he is a real "pro" at this stuff :duh:

Stick with soft corals like Colt and Mushrooms. Euphyllia LPS like Frogspawn and Hammer, Brains and Blasto (to name a few) will probably survive but may not grow very much at all.
