I dipped my plants in bleach solution and it killed all the bba because its white. However, its all still on the plants now its white, will it just fall off or how does this work

It will eventually decay in your tank, or might be picked at by fish, snails and shrimp. Any leaves that look like they will not contribute anything to the plant are better removed.
Unless you have a large amount of dead BBA, it's unlikely it will cause pollution. To be safe, you could gently siphon near the dead matter and suck up any loose bits on a daily basis.
