I just bought a saltwater tank from Garage Sales. It came with filter (SeaLife Systems Wet/Dry model 60. This is my first saltwater tank and I have no idea how to connect this filter. Please somebody help me.

Try posting in the equipment forum over at www.reefcentral.com if you don't get an answer here, there may be someone there familiar with this equipment. There's LOADS of info there, I recommend doing lots of research before you set everything up and start buying fish :)

Most wet drys are pretty simple really... basically a modified sump. Hooking it up depends on the overflow type. Is the overflow designed to hang on the back or is the tank drilled? Here are a couple of links:
