Lighting watt ?

Yep alot more light than you're used too. I hope you plan on planting that tank rather heavily or you'll more than likley have serious algae issues with that much lighting and no plants.

Half the wattage in that setup is provied by actinic bulbs, which arent much good for growing plants. 130 watts of useful spectrum doesnt put you much over a lowlight tank (as far as planted tanks are concerned) so id guess that youll have a bright, well lit tank without too much concern for a huge algae outbreak.
