Which Lights to use?????

Well I have a 55 gallon 20" deep sw setup i did a few weeks ago , I just built the canopy for the top and i cannot fidure out which types of light to use. I really dont wanna use the metal halide due to the heat and they are proabley and overkill anyway.
But i dont know to much about the VHO or the Power compact lighting neither, The tank is mainly going to have fish, with some live rock an anemine or to and hopefully atleast one peice of coral. But how many total watts is needed, what color and how many bulbs, can i use PC or VHO??? I have no clue. Any help anyone can give is greatly appreciated

You really must decide what to have before you pick lighting. Some corals will be fine without anything special, others will die in short order.

I don't recommend an anemone. They have woefully short lives in the aquarium, and their removal from the ocean can be very destructive to the local flora and fauna. If you're thinking you want one for clowns, the clowns will be just fine without one.
