hi,

anyone have info on the turbelle stream pumps?

the 6060 pumps 1,600 gallons an hour and the site says minimum 60 gallon tank.
sounds like there would be a heck of a storm in there!
they even sell controllers to change speed, pause and even auto slowdown at night.

would this be ok for my 75 gallon reef or is there another pump thas is popular/
was going to order zoomed rotating pumps but heard some bad things about them. here is the link click on turbelle stream http://www.tunze.com/149.html?&L=1&C=CA&user_tunzeprod_pi1[predid]=-infoxunter025

Tunze pumps are great. I don't think the 6060 is controllable though. You could get that and it would be fine in your tank. What kind of corals do you have or want to keep. I think its the 6100 that are controllable. Those are nice becuase you can pick the percent output, say it goes from 100-40% every 5 seconds. If I had the money I'd buy those for my tank.
