Suggestion on filters

I need some suggestion on what type of filters I would need for a 10 gallon snail and ghost shrimp breeding tank. I'm thinking I will need alot of plants and a filter that will not suck up all the baby ghost shrimps.

Your best choice is an internal sponge filter driven by an air pump. Suction is low, and also the sponge prevents the shrimp fry from being sucked into the filter.
