Can anyone give some pointers about taking care of angels? Water perimeters? When are they happy? What is the best food (right now i feed Omega One Tropical Fish Flakes with bloodworms and shrimp...both sundried)?
Any other tips/thoughts?

I appreciate it. Thanks a bunch!

Angels prefer a ph of around 6.6-6.8 , and should be fed a variety of foods to maximize color and size,,,mix up the feedings with a good quality flake, bloodworms, brine shrimp and the more live food the better.

large volume weekly water changes. they adapt/acclimate to a wide range of water parameters. Unless they are wild caughts there is a good chance that the are locally bred fish and are already acclimated to local water conditions.

The food you mentioned is good. Fresh veggies (zuchinni, lettuce, sweet potato,,,,) go over well.
