Okay so i recently moved and noticed last night that there is a scratch on the glass of the front of my tank(despite being very careful:( ) as i have already set it up i can't just flip it around. and even though it's really small now that i noticed it it's all that i see! grrr. anyhow does anyone have any tips on scratch removal or i am i stuck with it?

If the scratch is in the outside, you can call a a shop where thay will polish car windshields and ask for their opinion (in a glass tank). I f the tank is acrylic there is a scratch remover product.

If it's in the inside, you'll need to empty the tank.

there are some kits available to help remove/repair scratches.

glass is a hard liquid and it requires the use of fine abrasives and feathering the scratch.

it doesn't totally remove the scratch but reduces the 'visibility by blending the scratch in.
about the only way to remove a scratch on glass is to heat it to it's melting point..
