rust color suddenly appearing on rock!

my feef bones and back glass are suddenly partly covered with a rust color,some purples and greens also.

the tank is 75 gallon,newly cycled with 7 small fish.

Sounds like diatoms. I'm pretty new to the game, too, but it's apparently very common, had the same problem myself when I got home from work today (also on a newly cycled tank).
 
Yup. Sounds like diatoms. Not unexpected in a young tank. Scrape it away and continue with regular water changes. Should work itself out over time.

BTW, 7 fish sounds like an awful lot to cycle with (even if they are "little").
