Water Condition?

My water has been cloudy lately which I have posted about before, but lately the top is gone from smooth and regular to bubbly. It almost looks like there's soap in my water, but I KNOW there isn't...It's never looked like this before, and I can't think of any reason why it would be now? Would anyone know what could cause it to do that?

Could be a few things. I am not entirely sure about the cause, but the cure is regular partial water changes.

Sounds like a high amount of dissolved organics. A couple big waterchanges will take care of this.

i just changed my gravel about a week or two ago and did a 75% water change. Do I need to do another big one?

Should do 20-50% water change atleast once a week.
