I just purchased test kits and my 10 gal has .25 amonia and .25 nitrite nitrates were ok all i have in it are a chinese algea eater and i black molly fry
and 4 guppy fry. should i move them to my larger tank and if so will the smaller tank finish its cycle ? or does a fish have to be in there ??

thanks

yes ive read that but it really doesnt say if i can remove the fish and let the cycle continue or not ?

OK thanks
i will do 25-30% water changes each day and test daily and try not to injur these fish

does that sound resonable ??

It largely depends on ammonia and nitrite levels. With a fishy cycle the amount of labor is dictated by the levels in your water. 25-30% might be plenty and it might just be a drop in the bucket so to speak.
