Hello,
I have a newer tank setup. It's about a 65 gallon with Africans. As you can see in the photo, there's a lot of rocks for cover. Here's what's in the tank:

5 yellow labs (1-2")
5 kribensis (2")
4 red peacocks (2m, 2f)
4 scienichromis fryeri (3")
1 scienichromis fryeri (4")

Now, the Fryeri that's visible in the shot is beautiful. Wonderful color and the personality of a dog-a junkyard dog :dog: . He loves me, and will obey hand commands :fairy: such as waving a hand to the left, and he will swim left, and vice versa. He will also eat from my hand. However, with all the fish in the tank, you only see him. He's a junkyard dog.......a real bully . I've moved him from tank to tank; same result. I've moved all the rocks around. He just won't allow any of the other fish with the exception of the yellow labs at times to swim around the tank. He seems to tolerate them most of the time, but none of the others. I don't want to go spearfishing for him, and the toilet transporter to the beach is out of the question as well. But, I'd really like to enjoy the other fish.....any suggestions :duh: ?

Folks with more cichlid experience will probably have better suggestions, but just from glancing at the tank I'm wondering if some taller plants would help. That would break up the line of sight and may help. Short of that, I think you've got a bully and are stuck with a bully. Other than changing line of site or moving him to his own tank, I'm not sure what you can do.
