i think my parrot fish is sick. yesterday it had several white strands protruding from its side. i wasn't sure if it was just loose tissue from getting scraped or worms. however, after adding stress coat and aquarium salt to the tank, all of the stuff disappeared. but then one white strand was sticking out of it's other side just now. i think it might be that this fish has worms. what treatment should I give it? thanx for any help.
