Can I house a bicolor pseudochromis, bicolor dottyback and a Royal Gramma together. They are similar colors but different patterns and shapes of fish.

I'm not sure if the first 2 fish are one & the same: the bicolour dottyback IS a pseudochromis. It is one of the most aggressive dottybacks available. This species may viciously attack aggressive fish 3X its size, and LFS often see this fish returned because of its nature. It is highly inadvisable to keep this fish with placid species except in a large aquarium withlots of hiding places. Dottybacks are territorial and should be kept one to a tank.
Grammas are closely related to dottybacks, can be safely kept one to a tank as they too are very territorial, have a generally peaceful nature, but I would give you good odds about the bicolour dottyback going to war with gramma, they are very similar in shape... :argue:
