Ok I just figure I post a few pic.s of my indoor mini pond , it is about 300 gallons ruffly, it 5 ' long X 4' width X 2' deep. I have a haywood pool filter which I redro into a up flow moving bed which I using AK-11 media with a few sheets fine filter media for the top, flows out of the top of the filter down through a 5 teir waterfall , the bio filters are 2 towers of 4" pvc pipes 4 feet tall filled with bio-balls .
Inside the mini pond are all sort of fancy goldfish ranging from the smallest size 2" to the largest of 7" , there Orandas, Ranchu,Ryukin, pom pom ,bubble eyes and walkin ,there also a 4" Hi Fin Shark and two 3" clown loaches in there too.

Enjoy :dance2:

Wish I had the money/time/patience to take on such an endeavor!!

money -really didn't cost that much ,I bet if you where to set-up a 100 or 150 gallon fish tank that would cost more then what I spend on this mini pond ,
Time- only took about 2 weeks start to finish builing it
patience - well no more that it would with a tank

As far as the water falls well those are them plastic flower pots with spray foam sprayed on them with some paint-
30 bucks
, pool filter -I found in the trash
1250 gal. external pump -125 bucks (bigger that what I needed )
pond liner 8 x 10 about 40 bucks
500 watt heater -50 bucks
wooden fram (2 by 12's) and plex glass window(14" by 40") and silcone ,screws -about 100 bucks

live plants inside of pond and around the outside pond -say 50 bucks

I love the waterfall setup and the "window" in the front of the pond. I just want to get a nice comfy chair and sit myself in front of that pond !!! ;)

What fish do you have in that pond?
Also what did you need the heater for?
