I have a giant king pelco in a 55g, with about thirty baby mollies. About two weeks ago I noticed a small rip in his side fin, I thought he may have cut it on something. Today the fin is tottally frayed, I have never seen fin rot, so im not sure if that is what I am looking at or not. I have had this fish for six years, he grew up with my oscar, and I dont want to lose him. Do I need to start treatment for fin rot and if so how do I do that with all these babies. The only place I can put him is my bath tub the rest of my tanks are either to small for him or to full. Please help.
